Red Will Work on You: Reds can be adjusted to fit almost anyone. Although the color typically works well on people with freckles and cooler skin tones, the red hue can be tailored for everyone. From light to dark shades, cool blue-based reds to warm coppery tones and bright to more subtle tones, you can find a red that will work for you!
Maintain the Color: After the switch, be sure to use a sulfate-free shampoo or one created specifically for colored hair. Reds do tend to fade faster than any other color, so beware. Another trick is to do a vinegar rinse in the shower to seal the cuticle and lock in the color.
